Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Late Arrival / Missed Bus
If you arrive late and miss the bus, the ticket amount is forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Cancellations must be made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled departure time. This applies to all bookings — both Rwanda domestic and cross-border East African routes. Cancellations made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
Free Tickets
Free Tickets
Earn 1 free ticket for every 10 paid bookings. Free tickets can be used on any route. Simply select 'Use free ticket' during checkout and no payment will be required.
How to use your free ticket:
